Lup Wai is a dedicated educator who started her teaching journey by homeschooling her own children. She built PowerPlay because she knew exactly what was missing in traditional tuition — genuine curiosity, real understanding, and a teacher who notices the child, not just their grades.
Her approach is unhurried, encouraging, and built on the belief that when a child finally understands something, you don’t need to motivate them to learn more. They do it themselves.

All classes are conducted online using Zoom.
We keep our class size small, with a maximum of 4-6 students per class. This ensures each child receives personalised attention and support. Occasionally, there may be one additional student attending a make-up lesson, but this is kept to a minimum.
No lessons will be conducted on gazetted public holidays. No replacement lessons will be given and fees will be prorated.
You must inform PowerPlay Edu Lab Pte Ltd within 2 days of the missed or cancelled lesson.
If notification is not given within 2 days, the lesson will not be eligible for a refund or make-up.
If the teacher cancels the lesson, we will either arrange a make-up session or provide a refund.
If your child is unwell, please provide a valid medical certificate (MC).
With an MC, the missed lesson will be refunded accordingly.
