Fixing Your Routine for Productivity
Student life is never easy: you lose sleep, you get stacked with duties and homework, you get tired. It’s all part of our day but even the most predictable activities can be tiring.
How would you keep up with a healthy routine to maintain productivity in your day? All days don’t just start after breakfast, one must possess a precise routine to help the mind and body maintain calmness.

After Breakfast
Once the hearty meal reaches your empty stomach, your day officially starts. It is ideal to do chores along the way for the morning so the afternoon can be spent relaxing. Some light chores can be done like clearing the table, sweeping, wiping, mopping, etc.
If chores are done earlier than usual, sit back, relax, watch that early morning anime series you’ve been watching and just enjoy your morning.

After Lunch
The important thing to do after lunch is to rest after eating a big plate. It’s also the perfect time to take a bath to wake yourself up for the rest of the afternoon. The afternoon can be spent differently, but it is the most recommended time to work on different tasks.
Choose an easy sit-down task you can finish in more or less than 10 minutes. Afterwards, find another task that is a little more difficult. The more you accomplish, the more productive you can be. Also, don’t forget to take small breaks in between. You deserve it. ????

After Dinner
Evenings are the perfect time to spend with family. The dinner table will always be complete. It’s also the time to unwind and relax again. It is also the perfect time to do some readings and reflection.
Before sleeping, one must do the sleep hygiene. It is an activity that takes place 1 hour before going to bed, off screen, just focuses on yourself to relax and setting up for a good night’s sleep.
The best part about having this routine is that it can work out if you do it variously. Add some color in your life, don’t forget to have fun, and don’t be afraid to take breaks.
